old ga.js property has somehow switched to Universal Analytics. how is it possible?
i have a ga.js property which has been collecting data from the ancient times. now it is showing me that "Universal Analytics is enabled for this property". what does it mean?

i have dual tagged the site with analytics.js (created new account for this) maybe it has something to do with the issue? the new tag was added throug Google Tag Manager.
