Windows task on internet connection outside home network

I'm trying to create a windows task that will execute as soon as the laptop is outside the home network. There is an option called: 'start when specific network connection is available' but i'm looking for the exact opposite: 'start when specific network connection is NOT available' or something like that.
Any suggestions?
